I am passionately committed to assisting you through my practice of Life Energy Flow Tai Yi and Life Coaching. My intention is that you may experience the peace and joy that I am now experiencing in my life, and that you have the ability to achieve.

My extensive life experience, from growing up on a farm, to a 40 year career in military and commercial aviation, has allowed me to connect with and assist many people. When my son was attending a school in the mountains of Colorado which focused on healing, I observed first hand how Life Energy Flow Tai Yi greatly assisted him in his healing. That inspired me to become a Tai Yi practitioner. My Life Coaching flows from many varied challenges in just about every aspect of life.
